\nBeraca benefits from the help of expert local harvesters and leaves a positive impact on the local people and environment. Specifically, the Amazon rainforest is not taxed with intensive agriculture, and the locals have the opportunity to make a profit for sustenance without compromising their customs and traditions.<\/p>\n

DYNAMO CAMP ONLUS (NPO)<\/span><\/span><\/h4><\/header>

Pharma Cosm Polli has supported, since its establishment, Dynamo Camp Onlus (NPO) which offers free Recreational Therapy Programs to kids ranging from 6 to 17 years of age that suffer from serious or chronic conditions. The recreational activities are held at Dynamo Camp and, thanks to Dynamo Programs, in hospitals, associations and group homes in the largest Italian cities, as well. In 2020, the NPO started to offer the Dynamo Recreational Therapy to kids and families in their own homes through digitalised programs created online by its qualified Staff. This remote mode is also implemented to grant consistency to the Dynamo Programs activities in hospitals and group homes. Since 2007, with 14 years of work, Dynamo Camp has offered free Recreational Therapy Programs to 52000 kids and family members and, in 2020, it has trained 8099 volunteers: 830 seasonal employees, 224 doctors and 229 nurses. The Dynamo Camp network consists of 97 hospitals and 70 associations throughout Italy and some foreign countries.<\/p>\n

AIL \u2013 Italian Association against Leukemia, Lymphoma and Myeloma.<\/span><\/span><\/h3><\/header>
<\/div>
<\/p>\n

Another association that is closely tied with PCP is AIL. The Italian Association against Leukemia, Lymphoma and Myeloma has been working since 1976 to support patients through their long and often hard therapeutic journey and to support the Milan Hematology Departments. The Association\u2019s projects and activities have always travelled in two specific directions, the first one being scientific research and supporting hospitals. The Association is, indeed, committed to financing innovative projects in Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) application, in liquid biopsy and in new therapeutic treatments that make use of CAR-T cells. The second direction is supporting patients through hardship caused by their disease. There is a free service for hosting in one of the 14 AIL Houses people that have to move to Milan for long and difficult therapeutic journeys. They are granted a support service for treatments, and in some urgent cases, even a consistent economic support. Recently, a new AIL Day Hospital was opened for psychological support of patients and their families so that they do not have to go through these ordeals alone.<\/p>\n
